ABOUT ME
I graduated in 1995 from the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy that specializes in psychodynamic psychotherapy. In addition to my work as a Psychotherapist, I trained and became certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT) and also a Certified EFT Supervisor with the International Center for Excellence in EFT (ICEEFT). I've also completed level one of a specialized training in PTSD & Trauma in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also trained in AEDP a method of working with people created by Dr. Diana Fosha in New York. I'm a clinical member of CAPT.
When I came upon Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples taught by Dr. Sue Johnson I felt like I had found my home. I became certified in EFT and continued on to become a ICEEFT certified supervisor of EFT Couples Therapy. I am now a Director of the Toronto Centre for EFT with Robin Williams Blake. We help bring trainings to Toronto to help other therapists learn EFT. I do individual supervision and run supervison groups to assist them in their process.

In addition to EFT I have studied various other couple therapy modalities including Dr. Stan Tatkin's PACT, Gottman Method, Harville Hendrix, Ester Perel, and Terry Real.
